摘　　要：文中以国瑞企业总部基地龙瑞苑商务写字楼为例,对高层建筑管井内冷却水立管等大管道正装法安装的施工流程及操作要点进行了阐述,并提出了施工过程中的安全防护要求,以达到加快施工进度、保证施工安全、节省施工成本、提高管道安装质量的目的。Taking the Longruiyuan commercial office building in Guorui Enterprise Headquarters Base as an example, the paper expounds the construction process and operation points of the formal installation of large pipelines such as cooling water risers in high-rise building tube wells, and puts forward the safety protection requirements during the construction process. In order to achieve the purpose of speeding up the construction progress, ensuring construction safety, saving construction costs and improving the quality of pipeline installation.
