摘　　要：建安成本是影响房地产项目效益的关键变量之一,因此需要切实可行的方法来控制建安成本不超支,才能实现项目预期利润。文中对建安成本全过程管理进行了研究,可为房地产行业成本管理人员、企业管理层、投资方、供应商等提供经验借鉴和参考。The cost of construction and installation is one of the key variables affecting the success or failure of real estate projects. Therefore,practical methods are needed to control the cost of construction and installation so as not to exceed the budget in order to achieve the expected profit of the project. In this paper, the research on the whole process management of construction and safety cost can be said to provide experience and reference for cost management personnel, enterprise management, investors and suppliers in the real estate industry.
