摘 要:应用ANSYS软件模拟环模式秸秆压块机对秸秆颗粒进行挤压,基于挤压轮的应力分布特点,分析挤压轮的磨损。通过分析确认,挤压轮边缘区域磨损比中间区域磨损严重,主要原因是秸秆颗粒在轴向分布不均匀。通过显微镜观察挤压轮磨损表面形貌,确认挤压轮的磨损形式主要为磨粒磨损和疲劳磨损。The ANSYS software was used to simulate the squeeze of straw particles by a ring mode straw briquetting machine.Based on the stress distribution characteristics of the squeegee roller, the wear of the squeegee roller was analyzed.Through analysis, it was confirmed that the wear in the edge area of the squeegee roller was more serious than that in the middle area, mainly due to the uneven distribution of straw particles in the axial direction.The wear surface pattern of the squeegee roller was observed through a microscope, and it was confirmed that the wear forms of the squeegee roller were mainly abrasive wear and fatigue wear.
