摘　　要：薄壁套类零件易变形,线切割装夹时会产生不均匀的应力。对此,设计了一种薄壁套类零件线切割夹具。对这一线切割夹具的原理与结构进行了介绍。采用这一线切割夹具,薄壁套零件端面圆周实现均匀分布三点受力,保证稳定性和受力均匀性。The thin-walled sleeve part is easily deformed, and uneven stress will be generated during wire cutting and clamping.In this regard, a wire cutting fixture for the thin-walled sleeve part was designed.The principle and structure of this wire cutting fixture were introduced.Using this wire cutting fixture, the end face circumference of the thin-walled sleeve part can evenly distribute three-point stress to ensure stability and stress evenness.
