摘　　要：某汽车曲轴前油封处漏机油,检查发现汽车发动机减振皮带轮螺栓螺纹烂牙。对此进行分析,确认汽车发动机减振皮带轮螺栓拧紧机行程超差,减振皮带轮螺栓预拧紧行程不足,减振皮带轮螺栓受到撞击,导致减振皮带轮螺栓螺纹烂牙。通过增大螺栓拧紧力矩和螺栓预拧紧行程,解决了这一问题。Oil leaked from the front oil seal of an automobile crankshaft.Inspection found that the vibration damping pulley bolt of the automobile engine had rotten thread.The analysis was carried out to confirm that the travel of the vibration damping pulley bolt tightening machine was out of tolerance, the pre-tightening stroke of the vibration damping pulley bolt of the automobile engine was insufficient, and the vibration damping pulley bolt was shocked, resulting in rotten thread of the vibration damping pulley bolt.This problem was solved by increasing the bolt tightening torque and bolt pre-tightening travel.
