摘  要:采用定向凝固工艺制备不同定向凝固速率下ZChSnSb8-4合金试样,对ZChSnSb8-4合金中的Cu_(6)Sn_(5)相的枝晶间距、SnSb相的晶粒半径、SnSb相的硬度与定向凝固速率进行对比。结果表明,随着生长速度的增大,Cu_(6)Sn_(5)相的枝晶间距随着生长速度的增加呈先增加后逐渐稳定的趋势;随着生长速率增大,定向凝固区中SnSb相的晶粒半径逐渐减小,而SnSb相硬度呈增大趋势,当定向凝固速率为100μm/s,SnSb相硬度(HV)最高,为104.8。The specimens of ZChSnSb8-4 alloy at different directional solidification rates were prepared by directional solidification.The dendrite spacing of Cu_(6)Sn_(5)phase,grain radius of SnSb phase,hardness of SnSb phase and directional solidification rate in ZChSnSb8-4 alloy were compared.The results indicate that with the increase of growth rate,the dendrite spacing of Cu_(6)Sn_(5)phase is increased firstly and then gradually to be stabilized.The grain radius of SnSb phase in directional solidification zone is gradually decreased,while the hardness presents an increasing trend.When the directional solidification rate is 100 μm/s,the hardness of SnSb phase reaches the maximum,which is 104.8 HV.
