摘 要:电解铝液采用直接双辊铸轧成厚度为7.0 mm的1235铝合金板坯。借助光学显微镜、扫描电镜、能谱分析仪、拉伸试验机,研究了铸轧区长度对1235铝合金板坯显微组织和室温力学性能的影响。结果表明,当铸轧区长度为60 mm时,板坯的晶粒粗大,中心偏析较为严重,力学性能较差;当铸轧区长度为63~67 mm时,板坯的晶粒细小,分布相对均匀,晶粒尺寸差距缩小,中心偏析消失,综合力学性能好;继续增加铸轧区长度到70 mm时,板坯的晶粒尺寸开始粗化,中心偏析加重,力学性能下降。能谱分析发现,中心偏析物主要为AlO、FeAlSi及吸附有其他原子的复杂化合物。1235铝合金板坯的合理铸轧区长度为63~67 mm,此时板坯的综合力学性能良好,抗拉强度≥108.7 MPa,伸长率≥37.7%。1235 aluminum alloy slab with thickness of 7.0 mm was directly cast and rolled with electrolytic molten aluminum.The effects of cast-rolling zone lengths on the microstructure and tensile mechanical properties of 1235 aluminum alloy slab at room temperature were investigated by means of optical microscope,scanning electron microscope,energy spectrum analyzer and tensile testing machine.The results indicate that when the length of the cast-rolling zone is 60 mm,the grain size of the slab is coarse with severe central segregation and poor mechanical properties.When the length of the casting rolling zone is 63~67 mm,the grain size of the slab is fine with evenly distribution,and the grain size difference is reduced.The central segregation disappears and the comprehensive mechanical properties are desirable.When the length of the casting and rolling zone is increased to 70 mm,the grain size of the slab becomes coarsened,and the central layer segregation is aggravated,so the mechanical properties are decreased.Energy spectrum analysis demonstrates that the central segregation is mainly AlO,FeAlSi and complex compounds adsorbed with other atoms.The reasonable length of cast rolling zone of 1235 aluminum alloy slab is 63~67 mm,where the comprehensive mechanical properties are desirable with the average tensile strength above 108.7 MPa and the average elongation after fracture above 37.7%.
