摘 要:ZTA_(p)陶瓷表面镀Co,并分别包覆TiC、活性微粉,采用消失模铸造法制备出ZTA_(p)/高铬铸铁耐磨复合材料。对复合材料进行SEM、EDS、XRD等分析。结果表明,复合材料界面结合良好。复合材料界面处存在过渡层,过渡层以硅酸钠为基体,存在Al、Zr、C、Cr、Fe等元素的扩散,同时存在TiC、ZTA_(p)颗粒,以及AlCo、3Al_(2)O_(3)·2SiO_(2)、NaAlSiO_(2)、Co_(3)Fe_(7)等物相。分析可知,由于Co的扩散诱导及TiC、ZTA_(p)等物质与基体较好的亲和力,过渡层中元素相互扩散并发生物理化学反应,这是铁水和陶瓷浸渗进而实现陶瓷/高铬铸铁界面冶金结合的重要原因。ZTA_(p)/high chromium cast iron wear-resistant composites were prepared by the lost foam casting method with Co plating on ceramic surface and TiC as well as active micropowders cladding.The composites were analyzed by SEM,EDS,XRD and other experiments.The results indicate that the interface of composites are well bonded.The interface exists a transition layer,which is based on sodium silicate with diffusion of Al,Zr,C,Cr,Fe and TiC,ZTA_(p) particles as well as AlCo、3 Al_(2)O_(3)·2 SiO_(2)、NaAlSiO_(2)、Co_(3)Fe_(7)phases.Comprehensive test data and analysis reveal that the elements in the transition layer is diffused with each other and the corresponding physical and chemical reactions occur under the induction of Co diffusion and desirable affinity between TiC,ZTA_(p) and the matrix,which is an important reason for the infiltration of molten iron and ceramics to realize the metallurgical bonding of the ceramic/high chromium cast iron interface.
