摘　　要：新型城镇化与经济高质量发展之间的耦合协调是实现区域与城镇经济高质量发展的必然要求。在深入剖析新型城镇化与经济高质量发展作用机理的基础上,对丝绸之路经济带沿线9省(区、市)的新型城镇化和经济高质量发展水平进行测度,并在此基础上开展耦合协调分析及GMM检验。结果表明:新型城镇化与经济高质量发展之间基本从初级耦合协调演变为拮抗耦合协调;新型城镇化建设对经济高质量发展有显著促进作用,但经济新型城镇化影响不显著,生态环境新型城镇化整体具有显著抑制作用,2012年以后具有促进作用,社会、人口和空间新型城镇化显著促进经济高质量发展。The coupling and coordination between new urbanization and high-quality economic development is the inevitable requirement to realize the high-quality development of regional and urban economy.Based on the in-depth analysis of the mechanism of new urbanization and high-quality economic development,this paper measures the level of new urbanization and high-quality economic development in nine provinces along the Silk Road Economic Belt,and carries out coupling coordination analysis and GMM test on this basis.The results show that the coupling and coordination between new urbanization and high-quality development has evolved from primary coupling and coordination to good coupling and coordination.The construction of new urbanization has a significant role in promoting high-quality development,but the impact of new economic urbanization is not significant.The overall new urbanization of ecological environment has a significant inhibitory effect.It has a promoting effect after 2012.The new urbanization of society,population and space has significantly promoted high-quality economic development.
