摘 要:【目的】研究高精饲粮中添加苦豆子对育肥杜蒙羔羊血清免疫及抗氧化指标的影响。【方法】选取32只健康、体质量为(25.73±2.17)kg的杜蒙杂交公羔随机分为4组,每组8个重复。对照组饲喂基础饲粮,T_(1)、T_(2)和T_(3)组在基础饲粮中分别添加0.1%、0.3%和0.5%苦豆子,饲喂75 d后测定相关指标。【结果】(1)第30天时,T_(1)组血清中T淋巴细胞亚群CD3^(+)和T_(2)组T淋巴细胞亚群CD4^(+)的水平显著升高(P<0.05),3个试验组血清中干扰素(IFN)的质量浓度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),而T_(2)和T_(3)组血清中肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)的质量浓度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);第60天时,T_(1)和T_(2)组血清中CD4^(+)的水平及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)的比值分别极显著和显著升高(P<0.01,P<0.05),T_(2)组血清中免疫球蛋白M(IgM)和免疫球蛋白G(IgG)以及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)的质量浓度极显著升高(P<0.01),且T_(2)组血清中白细胞介素-10(IL-10)和白细胞介素-22(IL-22)的质量浓度显著高于其他3组(P<0.05),而T_(1)和T_(2)组血清中IL-6的质量浓度极显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。(2)随着试验时间的增加,T_(1)组免疫球蛋白A(IgA)和IgG的质量浓度以及T_(2)和T_(3)组的IgA质量浓度均极显著降低(P<0.01),T_(2)组血清中TGF-β的质量浓度显著增加(P<0.05)。(3)第30天时,3个试验组的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性均极显著升高(P<0.01),而丙二醛(MDA)含量均极显著降低(P<0.01)。【结论】在高精饲粮中适量添加苦豆子可提高羔羊的免疫功能和抗氧化能力,缓解高精料条件下羔羊机体的炎症反应,且以0.1%~0.3%的添加剂量饲喂效果最佳。[Purpose]To study the effect of adding Sophora alopecuroides to high grain diet on the serum immunity and antioxidant indexes of Dumont fattening lambs.[Method]A total of 32 healthy Dumont lambs with similar weight[(25.73±2.17)kg]were randomly divided into four groups,with eight replicates in each group.The control group was fed with basic diet,and the T_(1),T_(2) and T_(3) groups were fed with 0.1%,0.3%and 0.5%S.alopecuroides,respectively.Relative indexes were tested after 75 days feeding.[Results]1)On the 30th day,the levels of T lymphocyte subsets CD3^(+)of T_(1) group and CD4^(+) of T_(2) group increased significantly(P<0.05),and the mass concentrations of interferon(IFN)in the three experimental groups were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),while the mass concentrations of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in the serum of T_(2)and T_(3)groups were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).On the 60th day,the CD4^(+) level and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+) ratio in serum of T_(1)and T_(2)groups increased extremely significantly and significantly(P<0.01 and P<0.05),respectively,while the mass concentrations of immunoglobulin M(IgM),immunoglobulin G(IgG)and transforming growth factor-β(TGF-β)in serum of T_(2)group increased extremely significantly(P<0.01).In addition,the mass concentrations of interleukin-10(IL-10)and interleukin-22(IL-22)in T_(2)group were significantly higher than those in other three groups(P<0.05),while the mass concentrations of interleukin-6(IL-6)in T_(1)and T_(2)groups were extremely significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.01).2)With the increase of test days,the mass concentrations of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and IgG in T_(1)group,and IgA in T_(2)and T_(3)groups de-creased extremely significantly(P<0.01),while the mass concentration of TGF-βin T_(2)group increased extremely significantly(P<0.05).3)On the 30th day,the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD)of three groups decreased extremely significantly(P<0.01),while the content of malondialde-hyd
