摘 要:【目的】研究滇杨叶片光谱参数、叶片组织结构以及光合CO_(2)响应曲线对光质的响应,为深入揭示滇杨对高海拔分布区的适应性提供研究基础,也为不同光强条件下滇杨设施育苗的棚膜选择提供理论依据。【方法】设置蓝色、绿色和白色3种颜色的薄膜处理,观测分析透过薄膜的光质以及不同光质下滇杨当年生扦插苗叶片的光谱参数、叶片组织结构参数、光合—光响应(P_(n)-PAR)与光合—CO_(2)响应(P_(n)-CO_(2))的差异。【结果】在不同颜色薄膜处理下,叶片的光谱特征参数与叶片厚度、海绵组织厚度和维管束厚度显著负相关,与上、下表皮厚度、组织结构紧实度和栅海比显著正相关。滇杨在蓝色薄膜和绿色薄膜处理下对高CO_(2)浓度环境的适应能力均较强。蓝色薄膜可促进滇杨对强光的利用能力,增加叶片的栅栏组织厚度、组织结构紧实度和栅海比,更有利于叶片气孔开放进行气体交换;绿色薄膜可促进滇杨对弱光的利用能力,表现出更高的潜在光合作用能力。【结论】蓝膜处理可显著提高滇杨扦插苗对强光的适应能力,绿膜处理可显著提高滇杨扦插苗对弱光的适应能力。[Purpose]To study the response of light quality on leaf spectral parameters,leaf tissue structure and light and CO_(2) response curves,providing a research basis for further revealing the adaptability of Populus yunnanensis to high-altitude distribution areas,and also providing a theoretical basis for the selection of canopy film for the facility seedling cultivation of P.yunnanensis under different light intensities.[Method]Annual cuttings of P.yunnanensis were potted under three different color films,namely blue film,green film and white film.The light transmittance of the films,the spectral parameters,leaf tissue structure parameters,photosynthesis-light response(P_(n)-PAR)and photosynthesis-CO_(2) response(P_(n)-CO_(2))of P.yunnanensis cuttings under different light qualities were observed and analyzed.[Results]Under different color film treatments,leaf spectral characteristic parameters were significantly negatively correlated with leaf thickness,thickness of spongy tissue,and thickness of vascular bundle.There was a significant positive correlation with the thickness of upper and lower epidermis,cell tense ratio and palisade tissue and spongy tissue ratio.It showed that strong adaptability to high CO_(2) concentration under both blue and green film treatments.Blue film promoted the utilization of strong light by increasing thickness of palisade tissue,cell tense ratio and palisade tissue and spongy tissue ratio,and which was more conducive to stomatal opening for gas exchange.However,the green film promoted the utilization capacity of P.yunnanensis to weak light and suggested higher potential photosynthetic capacity.[Conclusion]Blue film treatment significantly improved the adaptability of P.yunnanensis cutting seedlings to strong light,while green film treatment significantly improved the adaptability of P.yunnanensis cutting seedlings to weak light.
