摘  要:综述已报道的单子叶植物与双子叶植物内生菌的组成、寄主、不同部位分布特点及组织偏好性,讨论植物内生菌通过抗菌、营养竞争和诱导寄主免疫反应等抑制植物病原菌阻止病害发生的主要作用机制,针对微生物之间互作对寄主植物的影响、寄主植物在不同生长条件和不同发育时期对微生物种群结构的调控机制以及在农作物育种中构建适应性更强的功能共生体等提出展望。To summarize count and analysis the composition,host,distribution characteristics of different location,and organizational preference of endophyte in monocotyledons and dicotyledons.The main mechanisms of action of plant endophytes in suppressing plant pathogens and preventing disease development through antibacterial,nutritional competition and induction of host immune responses were discussed.The influence of interaction between microorganisms on host plant,the regulation mechanism of host plant on the microbial population structure under different growth conditions and different developmental stages,the construction of more adaptive functions in crop breeding were put forward.
