摘  要:水性双组分聚氨酯(2K-PU)超亚涂料应用需求的日益增长,而大量添加消光剂会导致涂膜装饰性降低及耐化性下降,为了攻克这一技术瓶颈,实验选取了市售的高性能羟基水性羟基丙烯酸树脂为成膜物,以羟值、消光粉、异氰酸酯固化剂、流变助剂类型筛选为切入点,探讨了物料种类、物料组合方式对涂料活化期、透明度、消光效率、耐化学品性能、防沉稳定性的影响,进而优选了可行的水性2K-PU超亚透明涂层解决方案,为各类超亚防护涂层的设计提供一种新颖的技术思路。The demand for application of waterborne two-component polyurethane(2K-PU) ultra-semitransparent coatings is increasing day by day, and a large dosage of matting agent will lead to less ornamentality of coatings film and less chemical resistance. In order to overcome this technological bottleneck, commercially available high-performance waterborne hydroxyl acrylic resin is used as the film-forming material. Taking screening of hydroxyl values, matting powders, isocyanate curing agents and rheological additives as the starting point, this paper discusses the effects of material types and material combinations on coatings’ pot life, transparency, matting efficiency, chemical resistance, and anti-settling stability and then selects the feasible solution of waterborne 2K-PU ultrasemitransparent coatings, providing a novel technological thought for design of various ultra-semitransparent protective coatings.
