摘  要:介绍了一款性能优异的新型高分子分散剂,该分散剂具有多点锚固和与分散介质相容性良好的溶剂化链段,极其有效地屏蔽了醇醚类溶剂的渗透和置换分散剂的能力,使其具有优异的分散性能的同时又具有耐醇醚类溶剂冲击的能力。通过实验证明,该分散剂研磨的各类色浆在醇醚溶剂或醇醚溶剂占比较高的基料中表现出优异的稳定性,不出现析出、返粗等现象。This paper introduces a new polymer dispersant with excellent performance. It has a solvated chain segment with multiple anchors and good compatibility with the dispersion medium, which is extremely effective in shielding alcohol-ether solvent’s ability to penetrate and replace the dispersant, so it not only has excellent dispersing performance, but also has the ability to resist alcohol-ether solvent. Experiments show that all kinds of color pastes grinded with this dispersant show excellent stability in alcohol-ether solvents or base materials with high proportions of alcohol-ether solvent, without precipitation and reverse coarsening.
