摘  要:介绍了一种水性节能保温涂料的配方及制备工艺,并对配方中隔热填料的选用对产品隔热性能的影响进行研究与讨论。通过对气凝胶、空心玻璃微珠、漂珠及多孔状纳米硅酸盐复合物等隔热填料涂膜的隔热温差及导热系数进行对比分析,筛选出一种超薄型、低导热系数的水性节能保温涂料。This paper introduces the formula of a kind of energy-saving heat insulation coatings and the preparation process, and studies and discusses the influence of selection of heat insulation fillers in the formula on products’ heat insulation performance. Through comparison and analysis of the film thermal insulation temperature differences and thermal conductivity coefficients of thermal insulation fillers such as aerogel, hollow glass beads, floating beads and cellular nano silicate compounds, a kind of super thin waterborne energy-saving insulation coatings with low thermal conductivity is selected.
