摘 要:“体教融合”的提出对青少年全面发展和竞技体育后备人才的培养有重要意义。运用文献资料法、历史研究法、逻辑分析法等方法对“体教融合”政策下篮球后备人才培养的现实困境和推进策略进行分析。研究发现,我国篮球后备人才培养存在以下问题:体育与教育部门协同工作力度不足;青少年篮球后备人才培养与篮球竞赛体系不匹配;篮球后备人才基数小,人才梯队不完善;“学训矛盾”导致篮球后备人才成才率低;基层教练员训练教学手段不科学。为此,推进如下策略:完善顶层设计,整合教、体、社三方资源;完善各级篮球竞赛体系,帮扶俱乐部稳步发展;推进篮球特色学校建设,增加篮球后备人才基数;缓解“学训矛盾”所带来的割裂之痛;全方位提升教练员水平,保障运动员学习、训练、康复。The proposal of"integration of sports and education"is of great significance to the all-round development of teenagers and the training of competitive sports reserve talents.This paper analyzes the realistic dilemma and promotion strategy of the basketball reserve talents training under the policy throngh the use of literature and data method,historical research and logical analysis and so on.It is found that sports and education departments cooperate in cooperation,not matching and basketball competition system,small basketball reserve talent base and imperfect talent echelon;"learning and training contradiction"leads to low percentage of basketball reserve talents and unscientific training and teaching methods.Promotion strategy:improve the top-level design,integrate the resources of teaching,sports and society,improve the basketball competition system at all levels,promote the steady development of basketball characteristic schools,increase the basketball reserve talent base,alleviate the pain of"learning and training contradiction",improve the level of coaches,and ensure the learning,training and rehabilitation of athletes.
