摘  要:随着国家对职业教育的要求越来越高,职业院校肩负着培养多样化人才的重任。在新形势下,民办高职院校面临各种改革,在多重改革的过程中,如何正确认识面临的危机和困难,做好应对的方案和计划,如何在改革磨合期标新立异,是保证教学管理运行的重要前提。针对现阶段民办高职院校在国家政策下和学校遇到的问题展开研究,如机构设置的改革、内涵建设的改革,继而作出反思和对策。在教学改革过程中,构建健全的教学管理体系,强化内涵建设和教学管理制度建设,在科技信息的支持下,深化信息化与教育管理的关联,提升教学及管理质量,才能提高学校的办学品质和办学规模。With Chinese government’s higher standard for vocational education,vocational colleges are responsible for cultivating diverse talented talents.Under this situation,private higher vocational colleges are facing various reforms.During this process,how to correctly understand the crises and difficulties and make corresponding responses and plans,and how to make innovations,are important prerequisites to ensure the operation of teaching management.This paper tries to figure out the problems that private higher vocational colleges have encountered at the current stage,such as the reform of institutional setting and connotation construction,and therefore,reflections and countermeasures are put forward.In the process of teaching reform,it is necessary to establish a sound teaching management system,strengthen the construction of connotation construction and teaching management system,deepen the connection between informatization and education management with the help of technologies,so that the quality of teaching and management and the scale of college can be improved.
