摘　　要：研究生的教育水平是一个国家核心竞争力的标志,而高等教育发展的核心任务是如何提高研究生的教育质量。保障研究生培养质量的关键在于课程学习,因此,良好的课程建设能够激发研究生的创新潜力,进一步地提升研究生的教育水平。从关于研究生优质课程建设的必要性、课程内容设计与教学实施、课程考核与课程特色及教学感想等方面介绍了湖南农业大学“植物逆境与信号转导”研究生优质课程的建设与实施,为进一步探讨线上线下混合式课程的建设与改革提供了借鉴。The level of graduate education is the symbol of a country’s core competitiveness,and improving the quality of graduate education is the core task of higher education development.Curriculum learning is a necessary link to ensure the quality of graduate training,and high-quality construction of graduate courses plays an important role in stimulating the innovative potential of graduate students as well as improving the level of graduate education.This paper analyzes and introduces the construction and implementation of“Plant Stress and Signal Transduction”high-quality course in Hunan Agricultural University from the aspects of course construction necessity,content design and course implementation,course assessment and course characteristics as well as teaching reflections,so as to provide reference for further discussion on the construction and reform of online and offline hybrid courses.
