摘 要:夏河2井在寒武系沙伊里克组地层发生溢流,强起到套管后压井。压井过程中立、套压频繁发生变化,给现场压井液密度选择判断造成系列影响。现场通过对比分析压井施工过程及压井液出入口密度变化情况,采用连续压井循环施工顺利实现开井恢复生产。大幅节约施工时间与生产成本,为高压低渗盐下井溢流控制提供施工参考。XiaHe#2 well overflow in Shayilik layer Cambrian,immediately we pull out drilling string into casing and killed the well.During killing the well,pressure of standpipe and casing changed frequent-ly,made much truble to choose the density of killing fluid.By comparing and analyzing the well killing process and the changes of the density of the killing fluid inlet and outlet,the continuous well killing cycle was used to successfully kill the well,then open the well and resume production.Significantly save drilling work time and production costs,and provide a drilling work reference for the overflow control of the well under salt layer with high pressure and low permeability.
