摘 要:针对国家“双碳”政策和斜轴式轴向柱塞马达轻量化的需求问题,以柱塞马达的壳体为研究对象,从材料和结构方面出发,提出了一种结合动态特性分析、强度分析、拓扑优化等的柱塞马达壳体轻量化设计方法。首先,利用AMESim对斜轴式轴向柱塞马达进行了动态特性分析,获取了斜轴式轴向柱塞马达的内部压力载荷激励,并将其作为马达壳体受力分析的边界条件;然后,选取铝合金ZL205A作为壳体的轻质材料,应用ABAQUS对轻质材料的壳体进行了强度分析,并验证了其可行性;利用ABAQUS的TOSCA优化模块,对壳体进行了无参拓扑优化分析;最后,根据优化迭代的最佳材料分布图,对模型进行了结构改进,并对其进行了强度分析验证。研究结果表明:在满足马达壳体结构设计要求的情况下,马达壳体质量由9.07 kg降低至3.38 kg,马达壳体质量相比优化前减小了62.7%;通过优化前后的结果对比,验证了该方案的可行性,实现了斜轴式轴向柱塞马达轻量化设计的目的。Aiming at the national double carbon policy and the demand for lightweight axial piston motors with oblique axis,a lightweight design method of the piston motor housing was proposed,which took the housing of the piston motor as the research object,and was combined with dynamic characteristic analysis,strength analysis and topology optimization from the aspects of material and structure.Firstly,the AMESim was used to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the inclined-axis axial piston motor,and obtain the internal pressure load excitation of the inclined-axis axial piston motor as the boundary condition for the force analysis of the motor housing.Then,the aluminum alloy ZL205A was selected as the housing,the ABAQUS was used to analyze the strength of the lightweight material shell to verify the feasibility,and the TOSCA optimization module of ABAQUS was used to carry out a parameter-free topology optimization analysis of the shell.Finally,according to the optimal material distribution map of the optimization iteration,the model was structurally improved and verified by strength analysis.The research results show that the mass of the motor housing is reduced from 9.07 kg to 3.38 kg under the condition that the structural design requirements of the motor housing are met,which is 62.7% lower than that of the motor housing before optimization.By comparing the results before and after optimization,the feasibility of the scheme is verified,and the lightweight design of the oblique-axis axial piston motor is realized.
