摘  要:目前,国内对山地建筑的需求越来越多,特别是我国西南部一些多山地的城市。文章研究的是贵州省六盘水市凤凰台高层住宅小区中的典型单体18#楼。此楼地上25层,地下3层,建筑总高度为97.05 m,为山地条件下的高层建筑项目,采用掉层结构,纯地库采用吊脚结构,两者设缝断开。分析了高层山地建筑在整体结构、抗震设计以及基础设计上的要点,从掉层刚度计算,受剪承载力计算,位移比计算,抗倾覆、抗滑移验算等方面论述了山地结构的设计思路及解决方案。At present,there is an increasing demand for mountainous architecture in China,especially in some mountainous cities in Southwest China.The project is a high-rise residential community in Liupanshui City,Guizhou Province,in which the 18#building,25 floors above the ground and 3 floors underground,with a total height of 97.05 m,is a typical high-rise building under mountain conditions.It adopts the structure supported by foundations with different elevations,and the basement adopts the stilted frame structure,the two of which are set to be disconnected by cracks.The key points of overall structure analysis,seismic design and foundation design of high-rise mountainous buildings in terms of the 18#building of the project are analyzed.Besides,the design ideas and solutions of mountainous structures are discussed from the aspects of storey stiffness calculation,shear bearing capacity calculation,displacement ratio calculation,and anti-overturning and anti-sliding checking calculation.
