耳聋左慈方联合水针治疗肾阴亏虚型老年性突聋临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察耳聋左磁丸配方颗粒联合穴位注射地塞米松和胞磷胆碱钠对肾阴亏虚型老年突发性耳聋患者的疗效。方法选取2018年12月—2020年11月在我院就诊的符合各项标准的肾阴亏虚型老年突发性耳聋患者98例,应用随机数字表法均分为对照组和治疗组。对照组口服泼尼松片联合银杏酮脂滴丸和甲钴胺治疗,治疗组口服耳聋左磁丸配方颗粒,联合穴位注射地塞米松和胞磷胆碱钠,两组疗程均为10 d。观察患者的听力平均阈值、并发症疗效及其临床疗效。结果疗程结束后,所有入组者在0.25 kHz、0.5 kHz、1 kHz、2 kHz、4 kHz、8 kHz的听力平均阈值均显著下降,同组患者疗程结束前后相比存在统计学意义(P<0.05);且治疗组患者上述指标在治疗后显著低于对照组,存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组和治疗组耳鸣、耳闷、听觉过敏或重听、眩晕等并发症有效率及总有效率的组间比较,均存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论耳聋左磁丸配方颗粒联合穴位注射地塞米松和胞磷胆碱钠治疗肾阴亏虚型老年性突发性耳聋在改善听力、提高有效率方面优于常规疗法,今后有待进一步深入研究。Objective To observe the effect of Erlong Zuoci pill combined with acupoint injection of dexamethasone and citicoline sodium on elderly patients with sudden deafness of kidney Yin deficiency type.Methods 98 elderly patients with sudden deafness of kidney Yin deficiency type who met various criteria and were treated in our hospital from December 2018 to November 2020 were selected and divided into control group and treatment group by random number table method.The control group was treated with oral prednisone tablets combined with Ginkgo ketoprotein dropping pills and Mecobalamin,and the treatment group was treated with oral Erlong Zuoci pill combined with acupoint injection of dexamethasone and citicoline sodium.The course of treatment of both groups was 10 days.The average threshold of hearing,the curative effect of complications and its clinical effect were observed.Results After the course of treatment,the average threshold of hearing at 0.25 kHz,0.5 kHz,1 kHz,2 kHz,4 kHz and 8 kHz of all the enrolled patients decreased significantly,which was statistically significant compared with that before and after the course of treatment in the same group(P<0.05);The above indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group after treatment,which was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,there was statistical significance between the control group and the treatment group in the effective rate and total effective rate of complications such as tinnitus,ear tightness,auditory allergy or hard of hearing,dizziness and so on(P<0.05).Conclusion Erlong Zuoci granule combined with acupoint injection of dexamethasone and citicoline sodium in the treatment of senile sudden deafness with kidney Yin deficiency is superior to conventional therapy in improving hearing and improving efficiency,which needs further research in the future.
