摘 要:微球调驱技术在渤海油田应用广泛,但常规的油基微球在渤海中低渗油田存在着注入困难和调驱效果差等问题。渤海X油田属于中渗油田,经过近十年的高强度注水开发,平面上井组油井产液和含水率差异大,纵向上各层吸水不均,已出现明显的水窜突进现象。针对油基微球体系在该油田作业效果不佳等问题,开展了“水基微球+乳化驱油剂”的深调+驱油技术研究,进行了室内复合调驱体系性能评价实验;实验结果表明:该复合体系注入性良好,封堵能力强,较单一微球调驱技术提高采收率幅度增加15.06%。在E井组矿场应用结果表明:水基微球复合调驱体系的注入压力增幅小,封堵性良好,井组平均含水率下降3%,平均日增油25 m^(3),井组累计增油11000 m^(3),技术有效期已超过1年并仍继续见效,控水增油效果明显。Microsphere profile control and flooding technology is a widely used in Bohai oilfield,but conventional oil-based microsphere has some problems in Bohai medium and low permeability oilfield,such as poor injectability and poor profile control and flooding effect.Bohai X oilfield is a medium permeability oilfield,after nearly ten years of high-intensity water injection development,there are great differences in liquid production and water cut of wells in well group on the plane,and the water absorption of each vertical layer is uneven,and there is obvious water channeling and breakthrough phenomenon.In view of the oil-based microsphere system in the oilfield operation effect is not good,the research on deep profile control and flooding technology of"water-based microsphere+emulsified oil displacement agent"was carried out,and the indoor composite profile control and flooding system performance evaluation experiment was carried out.The experimental results show that the composite system has good injectability and strong plugging ability,and the increase of EOR is 15.06%higher than that of single microsphere profile control and flooding technology.The application results in the field of well group E show that the injection pressure increase of water-based microsphere composite profile control and flooding system is small,and the plugging performance is good.The average water cut of well group decreases by 3%,and the average daily oil increase is 25 m^(3),then the cumulative oil increase of the well group is 11000 m^(3).The technology has been valid for more than one year and continues to be effective,and the effect of water control and oil increase is obvious.
