摘  要:安201区块多为短水平段水平井和大斜度井,2019-2020年共固完井22口,其中18口井钻进至目的层长6地层均发生不同程度的溢流而导致2019年全井段平均封固率仅为71.38%。针对该区块注水存在溢流对固井质量的影响,采用优化先导浆、选用倒浆柱结构、优选目的层水泥浆、合理选择候凝期间的过平衡压差等方法,试图解决溢流井的固井质量问题。2020年该区块12口水平井的现场应用结果表明,全井段和目的层的平均封固率分别达到了88.14%和95.54%,其中全井段平均封固率较2019年提高了16.76%,有效地解决或缓解了溢流井的固井技术难题。该论文对其他类似情况的油田或区块溢流井固井施工具有较好的借鉴意义。An 201 block are mostly horizontal wells with short horizontal section and highly deviated wells.From 2019 to 2020,22 wells have been cemented,among which 18 wells have different degrees of overflow when drilling to the Chang 6 target layer,which leads to that the average sealing rate of the whole well section was only 71.38%in 2019.Aiming at the impact of overflow due to water injection on cementing quality in this block,by majorizing the guide slurry,selecting the inverted slurry column structure,optimizing the cement slurry of target layer,and reasonably selecting the overbalanced pressure difference during the WOC period,this paper tries to solve the cementing quality problem of overflow well.The field application results of 12 horizontal wells in this block in 2020 show that the average sealing rate of the whole well section and the target layer increase to 88.14%and 95.54%,respectively,of which the average sealing rate of the whole well section increase by 16.76 percentage points compared with 2019.These technologies effectively solve or alleviate the cementing technical problems of overflow wells.This paper has good reference significance for the cementing construction of overflow wells in other similar oilfields or blocks.
