摘  要:针对大港油田电动潜油螺杆泵采油生产过程中,动液面测试误差大、监测数据滞后以及稠油井无法测取动液面等问题,研制了井下多参数监测装置。通过对井下泵入口压力、温度、X轴方向振动、Y轴方向振动和Z轴方向振动等多个参数实时监测,形成了恒动液面变转速生产、低产液智能间抽、防干抽自动调参等多种反向控制模式,实现了电动潜油螺杆泵自诊断自调节智能化管控,目前已在210口井中成功应用。There are some problems in ESPCP in Dagang oilfield,such as large dynamic liquid level test error,lag in monitoring data,and inability to measure dynamic liquid level in heavy oil wells.In order to solve the problems,an underground multi-parameter monitoring device was developed.The device can monitor the following parameters in real time,such as downhole inlet temperature,inlet pressure,outlet pressure,motor winding temperature,vibration in the X-axis direction,vibration in the Y-axis direction,and leakage current,the constant dynamic liquid level variable speed production and low-production liquid intelligent intermittent pumping are formed.Various reverse control modes such as anti-dry pumping and automatic parameter adjustment have realized the self-diagnosis,self-adjustment and intelligent management and control of electric submersible screw pumps,which have been successfully applied in 210 wells.
