摘 要:国内外对于海上油田固井废弃物的研究较少,并且没有将多种废液混合处理的先例。本文意在明确海上固井液废弃物的主要成分,根据国家标准设计量化测定实验,得到了CFD某区块固井液废弃物的主要成分,设计了固体质量分数、pH、油含量、离子分析、有机物含量的定量实验。本文设计内容是海上固井液废弃物处理技术研究的基础需求,成果将对海上固井液废弃物处理实验设计和试剂选择产生重要的指导作用。There are few studies on offshore oilfield cementing wastes at home and abroad,and there is no precedent for mixed treatment of various wastes.The purpose of this paper is to clarify the main components of offshore cementing fluid waste and to design quantitative determination experiments according to the national standards.The main components of cementing fluid waste in a block of CFD were obtained,and quantitative experiments of solid content,pH,oil content,ion analysis and organic content were designed.The design content of this paper is the basic requirement for the study of offshore cementing fluid waste disposal technology.The results will play an important role in the design of offshore cementing fluid waste disposal experiment and the selection of reagents.
