摘 要:随着宁夏石化公司第三套化肥装置及500×10^(4)t炼油装置建成投产,化工废水量持续增多,废水中有毒、有害成分复杂,在处理上具有一定的难度,使炼化装置区废水处理量下降,事故水池长期处于高液位运行,对炼化装置区安全、稳定运行造成威胁。通过技改炼化装置区的高浓度NH_(3)-N、COD的废水送到化肥业务区处理后有效降低了炼化装置区事故水池液位,保障炼化装置区安全、环保、稳定运行,给炼化装置区的高负荷运行奠定了基础。With the completion and commissioning of the third chemical fertilizer plant and the 500×10^(4)t refinery in Ningxia petrochemical company,the amount of chemical wastewater continues to increase,and the toxic and harmful components in the wastewater are complex,which makes it difficult to treat the wastewater,and the accident pool runs at a high level for a long time,threatening the safe and stable operation of the refinery.After the wastewater with high concentration of NH_(3)-N and COD in the refining and chemical plant area was sent to the chemical fertilizer business area for treatment,the level of the accident pool in the refining and chemical plant area was effectively reduced,and the safe,environmentally friendly and stable operation of the refining and chemical plant area was ensured,which laid the foundation for the high-load operation of the refining and chemical plant area.
