针药并用治疗IgA肾病急性发作期临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察紫金肾安方联合少商、喉灵、心灵点刺放血防治IgA肾病进展的有效性及安全性。方法采用随机对照方法,将符合纳入标准的患者随机分为治疗组及对照组,治疗组采用基础治疗加紫金肾安方联合少商、喉灵、心灵点刺放血,对照组采用基础治疗,评价紫金肾安方联合少商、喉灵、心灵点刺放血防治IgA肾病毒聚咽喉证的有效性及安全性。通过观察患者中医证候积分量表、肾功能、24 h尿蛋白定量、尿红细胞等来评价疗效。结果与对照组比较,治疗组临床症状减轻(P<0.01),血尿、蛋白尿减少(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率(88.9%,32/36)显著高于对照组(75%,27/36)(P<0.01)。治疗组肾功能改善,但与对照组无统计学意义。结论紫金肾安方联合少商、喉灵、心灵点刺放血对IgA肾病毒聚咽喉证有较好疗效。Objective To observe the effectiveness and safety of the Zijin Shen’an Decoction combined with the Shaoshang,Houling and Xinling puncture and bloodletting in the prevention and treatment of IgA nephropathy.Methods The patients who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group by a randomized control method.The treatment group was given a basic treatment plus the Zijin Shen’an Decoction combined with the Shaoshang,Houling and Xinling puncture and bloodletting,while the control group received only the basic treatment.The effectiveness and safety of the decoction combined with the puncture and bloodletting therapy in the prevention and treatment of IgA nephropathy with the syndrome of toxicity stagnated in throat were verified,and its curative effect was evaluated by observing the patients’ TCM syndrome score scale,renal function,24-hour urine protein quantification,and urine red blood cells.Results Compared with the control group,the clinical symptoms were relieved in the treatment group (P<0.01),hematuria and proteinuria were decreased (P<0.05),and the total effective rate of the treatment group was 88.9%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group (P<0.01).The renal function of the treatment group was improved,but there was no significant difference from that of the control group.Conclusion The Zijin Shen’an Decoction combined with the Shaoshang,Houling and Xinling puncture and bloodletting has a good curative effect on IgA nephropathy with the syndrome of toxicity stagnated in throat.
