摘　　要：儿童变应性鼻炎是以伏邪致病为主要因素所引起的变态反应性疾病。临床辨证应重视伏邪,结合禀赋异常、脏腑虚损及饮食不节3个方面的因素,治疗上发作期透达邪气、培土生金,缓解期固本培元、平衡阴阳,同时避免接触各类变应原。Allergic rhinitis in children is an allergic disease mainly caused by hidden pathogenic factors.In its clinical syndrome differentiation,attention should be paid to those hidden pathogens,combined with the three factors of the abnormality of innateness,zang-fu deficiency and improper diet.In its attacking stage,the disease should be treated by eliminating pathogenic qi and strengthening earth to generate metal,while in its remitting state,it should be treated by consolidating the root and fostering primordial qi,balancing yin and yang,and avoiding the contact with various allergens at the same time.
