摘　　要：对于冠心病围术期心绞痛的治疗,周亚滨教授采用辨体-辨病-辨证三辨论治确定疾病证型,初期平调阴阳,中期逐痰通瘀,后期养心安神,以柴胡桂枝龙骨牡蛎汤、半夏白术天麻汤合血府逐瘀汤、养心汤等多种方剂加减化裁,以中医整体论治解决疾病痛点。For the treatment of angina pectoris in the perioperative period of coronary heart disease,Professor Zhou Yabin adopts the “three differentiation methods” to determine its specific syndrome type,that is,differentiation of the body,differentiation of disease and differentiation of syndrome.In the early stage,he treats the disease by balancing and regulating yin and yang,while in the middle stage he treats it by eliminating phlegm and blood stasis,and nourishing the heart and tranquilizing the mind in its later stage.He combines and modifies numerous prescriptions such as Chaihu Guizhi Longgu Muli Decoction,Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction and Yangxin Decoction to solve the pain points of the disease under the guidance of holistic differentiation and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine.
