摘　　要：沈舒文教授治疗胃肠病立足于补虚通滞,养阴润降是他治疗脾胃病的特点之一。本文从沈教授“以润为降”的学术主张入手,总结润降和胃治胃食管反流病、润胃通降治贲门失迟缓症、润胃络治慢性萎缩性胃炎。Professor Shen Shuwen bases his treatment of gastrointestinal diseases on reinforcing the deficiency and dispersing the stagnation,and nourishing stomach yin and moistening-descending stomach qi is one of the characteristics in his treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.This article starts from Professor Shen Shuwen’s academic proposition of “moistening the stomach for descending the stomach qi”,and summarizes his experience in treating gastroesophageal reflux,achalasia of cardia,and chronic atrophic gastritis.
