摘　　要：目前针对带状疱疹的治疗多以抗病毒、止痛、营养神经等为主,但在急性期患者承受较大痛苦,昼夜难安。仝小林院士将态靶辨治理论体系应用于多种急慢性疾病的诊疗中,以纯中药治疗带状疱疹,针对因年老、体弱、正气不足、免疫力低下而引发者,首抓因虚生湿之根本,施以益气健脾、散寒、利湿法力求治本,施以止痛、解毒、清络法辅助缓急。At present,herpes zoster is mainly treated by means of administering drugs for antivirus,relieving pains and nourishing nerves,etc.However,in the acute stage of the disease,patients usually suffer great pains and are uneasy day and night.Academician Tong Xiaolin applies the theory system of state-target differentiation to the diagnosis and treatment of various acute and chronic diseases,and treats herpes zoster with pure traditional Chinese medicines.For patients with herpes zoster that is caused by old age,weakness,lack of vital qi and low immunity,he first focuses on the root cause of cold-damp due to the defficiency of both spleen and stomach,dealing with it by benefiting qi and strengthening the spleen,dispelling cold and promoting diuresis,accompanied by relieving pains,detoxifying and clearing collaterals to treat other minor manifestations.
