摘　　要：广陈皮为广东道地药材,具有极高的食用和药用价值。现代药理学的研究,对广陈皮的药理作用有了更深入的了解,这也为广陈皮在临床上的应用提供了理论依据。广陈皮具有抗氧化、清除自由基、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗病毒、降血脂、促进消化及化痰止咳等功效。临床上主要用于治疗呼吸系统、消化系统、血液循环系统、代谢性疾病等。本文系统整理了广陈皮的药理作用和临床应用现状,以期为广陈皮道地中药材资源的开发利用、临床应用、产业可持续发展提供参考。Pericarp of Citrus reticulata ‘Chachi’ is a genuine regional drug in Guangdong,with extremely high edible and medicinal values.Modern pharmacological research has garnered a deeper understanding of the pharmacological actions of the medicinal material,which also provides a theoretical basis for its clinical applications.The drug is proved to be able to perform the actions of anti-oxidation,scavenging free radicals,anti-tumor,anti-inflammation,anti-virus,lowering blood lipids,promoting digestion,resolving phlegm and relieving coughs,etc.Clinically,it is mainly used for the treatment of diseases in the respiratory system,digestive system,blood circulation system and metabolic system.This paper systematically sorts out its pharmacological actions and clinical application status,with a view to providing a reference for the development and utilization,clinical application and sustainable development of this Chinese medicinal material resource.
