策略优化管理模式的全方位护理干预在预防食管癌患者术中低体温中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨策略优化管理模式的全方位护理干预在预防食管癌患者术中低体温中的应用效果。方法:将2019年1月1日-6月30日收治的36例食管癌患者纳入对照组,接受常规护理;将2019年7月1日-2020年1月31日收治的50例食管癌患者纳入观察组,接受策略优化管理模式的全方位护理干预。比较两组手术情况、术中鼓膜温度变化情况及低体温发生情况。结果:两组手术耗时、手术室温度、输液与输血总量、术毕苏醒时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);入室时与麻醉后两组鼓膜温度变化比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),开胸腹时、冲洗前后、出室时观察组鼓膜温度高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组低体温发生率低于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:策略优化管理模式的全方位护理干预能有效维持患者体温,保证手术顺利进行。Objective: To explore the application effect of strategy optimization management mode comprehensive nursing intervention in prevention of low temperature among intraoperative patients with esophageal cancer.Methods: During January 1 to June 30,2019,36 cases of esophageal cancer patients were included in the control group and accepted routine nursing care.During July 1,2019 to January 31,2020,50 cases of esophageal cancer patients were included in the observation group anf accepted strategy optimization management mode comprehensive nursing intervention.Comparison was made between the two groups on surgery, intraoperative tympanic membrane change of temperature and low temperature occurrence.Results: There was no significant difference in operation time, operating temperature, fluid and blood transfusion and transfusion volume, postoperatve waking time between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in tympanic membrane temperature changes in operation room and after anesthesia between the two groups(P>0.05),the tympanic membrane temperature at open chest time, before and after the wash and out of the room in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.01).The incidence of low body temperature was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: Strategy optimization management mode comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively maintain body temperature in patients and ensure the operation smoothly.
