聚离子液体/杂多酸修饰聚苯乙烯微球的制备及其可见光膜反应器降解染料的研究

摘  要:通过聚苯乙烯(PS)微球光诱导接枝聚(1-(4-乙烯基苄基)-3-甲基咪唑氯化物)(PVMIC),然后负载杂多酸磷钼酸(POM),合成了一种新型催化微球。结果表明,在静态浸泡条件下,该催化球可重复使用5次,使0.2 g·L^(-1)的AO7溶液完全降解,且性能无明显下降。AO7去除率随初始AO7浓度的增加而降低,对微球浓度的依赖性较小,pH值=1时去除率最高。在动态过滤条件下,PS-g-PVMIC-POM微球在100 min内对AO7溶液(0.2 g·L^(-1))的降解率为100%。A novel catalytic bead was synthesized by photoinduced grafting of poly(1-(4-vinylbenzyl)-3-methylimidazolium chloride)(PVMIC)from polystyrene(PS)beads followed by loading with H_(3)PMo_(12)O_(40)·n H_(2)O(Polyoxometalate anions,POMs).At static immersion conditions,the catalytic beads can be re-used for 5 times of complete degradation of 0.2 g·L^(-1)AO7 solution without obvious performance decrease.The AO7 removal efficiency decreased with initial AO7 concentration,showed small dependence on beads concentration and was the highest at pH=1.At dynamic filtration conditions,the PS-g-PVMIC-POM beads can degrade 100%of the AO7 solution(0.2 g·L^(-1)) within 100 min in this PMR in optimized condition.
