摘　　要：近些年来,随着制药工业的迅猛发展,制药工程专业的发展也掀起了一波热潮。而实验室作为制药工程专业发展的“心脏”部分,其管理方法变得尤为重要。如何有效管理好制药工程专业实验室、合理利用实验室资源、提升专业水平成为众多高校重点研究的内容。但是目前国内制药工程专业实验室管理仍旧存在一些问题:管理体系不完善、实验设备繁杂且利用率低、实验耗材追踪困难、实验消耗成本高、实验经费不足等,文章就如何加强实验室管理提出了几点建议:(1)借鉴企业管理模式,完善实验室管理体系;(2)仪器设备统筹配置,实现资源共享;(3)耗材择优适量选购,库存先进先出;(4)多渠道筹集资金,减少支出。With the rapid growth of the pharmaceutical industry,the development of the pharmaceutical engineering major has also set off a wave of upsurge in recent years.The laboratory,as the"heart"part of the development of pharmaceutical engineering,its management method has become particularly important.How to manage the laboratory of pharmaceutical engineering major effectively and make reasonable use of laboratory resources and improve the level of pharmaceutical engineering major have become the focal contents of many colleges and universities.However,there are still many problems of laboratory management for domestic pharmaceutical engineering,such as,imperfect management system,complex experiment equipment and low utilization rate,indiscoverable trace of experimental consumables,high cost of experimental consumption,insufficient funds,and the paper puts forward several suggestions on how to strengthen laboratory management:(1)learning from the mode enterprise management to improve the management system of laboratory;(2)overall allocation of equipment,realizing resource sharing;(3)picking over the best consumptive materials in prior and purchasing with the right amount;(4)raising funds with multi-channels and reducing expenditure.
