摘  要:间歇式液相本体法聚丙烯工艺是20世纪70年代我国自行开发的,该工艺具有流程短、设备简单、投资小、见效快的特点。但是随着人们对聚丙烯质量和数量要求的不断提升(该工艺同时存在着产品质量不稳定,品种单一,成本偏高的缺点),单釜的反应周期和产量成为人们越来越关注的焦点,考验着聚合釜的撤热方式。介绍了间歇式聚丙烯生产过程撤热方式不稳定的原因及优化控制措施。The batch-type liquid phase bulk polypropylene process was developed by our country in the 1970s.The process has the characteristics of short process flow,simple equipment,small investment and fast economic returns.However,with the continuous improvement of people's requirements for the quality and quantity of polypropylene(the process also has the disadvantages of unstable product quality,narrow product range,and high operation cost),the reaction cycle and capacity of a single reactor have become the focus of more and more attention,which tests the heat removal method of the polymerization reactor.This article introduces the reasons for the instability of heat removal in the batch polypropylene process and the control optimization.
