摘　　要：为了提高石墨加热器的应用技术水平,加深对石墨加热器在强度设计、防止堵孔、防止冲击和垫片选择等有关方面知识的了解,针对石墨加热器在冷轧酸洗线、石化等行业的应用提出一些合理化建议。另外,在设备制造、操作、安全管理等方面提出一些有益的观点供参考。In order to improve the application technology level of graphite heater and deepen the understanding of graphite heater in strength design,hole blocking prevention,impact prevention and gasket selection,some reasonable suggestions are put forward for the application of graphite heater in cold rolling pickling line,petrochemical and other industries.In addition,some useful views on equipment manufacturing,operation and safety management are put forward for reference and learning.
