摘　　要：介绍一种用于铜精矿干燥的蒸汽环管回转干燥机的优化结构——耙钉式蒸汽环管,在铜精粉等磨琢性大、处理量大的物料干燥上,使用耙钉式环管替代普通环管,即使用耙钉式环管干燥机将是顺应时代发展、节能减排、降低成本、提高经济效益的一大新举措。在后续的铜精矿干燥工程项目中也将逐步推广应用耙钉式环管干燥机,并从设计、采购、制造、运行等多环节进行全程跟踪,对成本、产能、吨产品耗能、干燥强度等多个性能指标进行收集整理,根据多个项目的实际运行数据来总结分析、验证优化结果。This paper introduces the optimized structure of a steam ring tube rotary dryer for copper concentrate drying-rake nail steam ring tube.In the drying of materials with large grinding property and large processing capacity such as copper refined powder,the use of rake nail ring pipe instead of ordinary ring pipe,that is,the use of rake nail ring pipe dryer will be a new measure to comply with the development of the times,save energy and reduce emissions,reduce costs and improve economic benefits.In the subsequent copper concentrate drying project,the rake nail ring pipe dryer will also be gradually popularized and applied,and the whole process will be tracked from the design,procurement,manufacturing,operation and other aspects.The cost,capacity,energy consumption per ton of product,drying strength and other performance indicators will be collected and sorted out,and the optimization results will be summarized,analyzed and verified according to the actual operation data of multiple projects.
