摘　　要：根据HX3型机车微机网络控制系统质量问题以及产品检修数据,研究了电子部件失效模式及技术提升方案,提高微机网络控制系统部件可靠性和HX3型机车运用质量,降低机车全寿命周期的运用及维修成本。Based on the quality problems in microcomputer network control system of the HX3locomotive and the product maintenance data,we studied the failure mode of the electronic components and the technical improvement plan, which improves the reliability of the components of the microcomputer network control system and the operation quality of the HX3 locomotive,and reduce the cost of operation and maintenance in the locomotive life cycle.
