东平湖浮游藻类组成现状及历史演变分析

摘  要:2021年5月对黄河流域重点湖库东平湖进行了浮游藻类样品采集,以分析藻类功能群组成情况.调查期间,东平湖浮游藻类密度为1.1×10^(6) cell/L~5.41×10^(6) cell/L,浮游藻类生物量为0.27 mg/L~1.81 mg/L.本次调查共鉴定浮游藻类6门8纲26科44属76种,隶属于20个功能群,分别为功能群C、P、D、MP、X3、LM、Lo、Z、M、Tc、S1、Wo、X2、J、F、X1、N、P、T 和 W1,以功能群 C 和J 占绝对优势.结合历史数据,可看出东平湖自上世纪90年代起,其优势功能群主要以适应浑浊、富营养水体种类为主.The investigation of phytoplankton composition was conducted in May, 2021 at 5 sites of Dongping Lake. During the sampling period, the algal density in Dongping Lake was spreading between 1.1×10^(6) cell/Land 5.41×10^(6) cell/L. And the biomass was 0.27 mg/L to 1.81 mg/L. In the present study, a total of 20 functional groups were identified, namely assemblage C、P、D、MP、X3、LM、Lo、Z、M、Tc、S1、Wo、X2、J、F、X1、N、P、T and W1, in which the groups C and J were absolutely dominant. Combined with the historical reports, it could be concluded that the dominant groups in Dongping Lake are that consisting of species adapting turbid and eutrophication conditions since 1990s.
