摘　　要：目的了解辽宁省乡村医生糖尿病患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率现状。方法于2020年10月-2021年6月,采用整群抽样的方法,抽取辽宁省3个县区的604名参与基本公共卫生服务工作的乡村医生为研究对象,对其进行问卷调查和实验室检测,分析乡村医生糖尿病患病率、知晓率、治疗率和控制率现状。结果辽宁省乡村医生糖尿病患病率为14.1%,男性(16.6%)高于女性(9.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.001),患病率随年龄增加而升高(P<0.05)。糖尿病知晓率、治疗率和控制率分别为52.0%、41.9%、61.3%。结论辽宁省乡村医生糖尿病患病率高,知晓率、治疗率和控制率较低,应加强对乡村医生糖尿病健康教育和职业卫生知识的培训,提升其疾病意识和诊疗能力,为农村地区糖尿病的综合防控奠定基础。Objective To investigate the prevalence,awareness,treatment and control of diabetes among rural doctors in Liaoning Province.Methods A random cluster sampling method was used to select 604 rural doctors involved in primary public health services from October 2020 to June 2021 as subjects from 3 counties in Liaoning Province.The investigation was conducted with a questionnaire survey and laboratory test to analyze the preva⁃lence,awareness,treatment and control of diabetes among country doctors in Liaoning province.Results The prevalence of diabetes among rural doctors in Liaoning Province was 14.1%,with male(16.6%)higher than fe⁃male(9.8%);the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).And the prevalence increased with age(P<0.05).The awareness,treatment and control rates of diabetes were 52.0%,41.9%and 61.3%,respective⁃ly.Conclusions The prevalence rate of diabetes among rural doctors in Liaoning Province is high,but the aware⁃ness,treatment and control rates are low.It is necessary to strengthen thediabetes health education and training of occupational health knowledge for rural doctors,improve their disease awareness and diagnosis and treatment capa⁃bility,and lay a foundation for the comprehensive prevention and control of diabetes in rural areas.
