摘  要:针对传统锁相环的鉴相都是在两信号同频或者频率成整倍数关系的条件下进行,必须利用一定的频率变换电路处理频率信号而产生鉴相频率与频率转换时间之间的矛盾问题,研究了一种动态锁相环技术。该技术能在环路中的频率变换电路的变频系数不变的情况下实现一种输出频率可微调的锁相环。设计环路中的鉴相器部分能高分辨的测量出输入的两不同频信号的相位差,环路工作时控制器部分能根据实际求得的相位差变化率以及理论上两不同频信号(参考信号和输出信号)的相位差变化率,利用一定的算法生成一个控制电压并实现环路锁定。实验结果表明,新型动态锁相环可以通过0.1 ps相位调整分辨率实现对输出频率优于μHz量级的精细调整,调整范围可达Hz量级。In the current situation,the phase detection of the traditional phase-locked loop is performed under the condition that the two signals have the same frequency or the frequency is an integral multiple of the relationship,and a certain frequency conversion circuit must be used to process the frequency signal,which causes the contradiction between the phase detection frequency and the frequency conversion time,proposes a dynamic phase-locked loop technology.This technology can realize a phase-locked loop with fine-tunable output frequency under the condition that the frequency conversion coefficient of the frequency conversion circuit in the loop remains unchanged.The phase detector part in the design loop can measure the phase difference of the input two different frequency signals with high resolution.When the loop is working,the controller part can obtain the phase difference change rate according to the actual and theoretical two different frequency signals(The change rate of the phase difference between the reference signal and the output signal),using a certain algorithm to generate a control voltage and achieve loop lock.Experimental results show that the new dynamic phase-locked loop can achieve fine adjustment of the output frequency better thanμHz with a phase adjustment resolution of 0.1 ps,and the adjustment range can reach the Hz order.
