摘  要:目前研究的超声图像增强算法存在图像细节丢失的问题,导致增强效果差。为了解决上述问题,提出了基于改进双边滤波的三维盆底超声图像自适应增强算法。对三维盆底超声图像进行了均衡处理,建立了图像均衡表达式,通过改进双边滤波对均衡后的超声图像进行了细节增强,通过低频分析实现数据增强,低频图像中集中了超声图像的主要能量。在增强低频图像时,自适应增强滑动窗口中的低频分量,将增强后的三维盆底超声图像与自适应均衡后的图像进行线性组合。通过双边滤波器输出组合后的图像。实验结果表明,该算法的超声图像细节保留较完整,且图像边缘较为清晰。The ultrasound image enhancement algorithm currently studied has the problem of image detail loss,resulting in poor enhancement effect.In order to solve the above problems,an adaptive enhancement algorithm for three-dimensional pelvic floor ultrasound images based on improved bilateral filtering is proposed.The three-dimensional ultrasound image of the pelvic floor is equalized,and the image equalization expression is established.The details of the equalized ultrasound image are enhanced by improved bilateral filtering.The data is enhanced through low-frequency analysis.The main energy of the ultrasound image is concentrated in the low-frequency image..When enhancing low-frequency images,the low-frequency components in the sliding window are adaptively enhanced,and the enhanced three-dimensional ultrasound image of the pelvic floor is linearly combined with the adaptively equalized image.The combined image is output through the bilateral filter.The experimental results show that the ultrasonic image details of the algorithm are more complete,and the edges of the image are clearer.
