摘  要:书画装裱机发动机启动机制的能耗会受到负载影响,为减少发动机能耗,基于大数据设计书画装裱机启动自适应控制技术。基于大数据划定启动机制点集中心,通过数据集合计算大数据簇中心权值参数,在两点线段之间描述其下降趋势。构建书画装裱机启动控制模型,计算分区片段的理想速度函数,计算正弦交流电有效值,通过电流求取电动机与主泵轴的传动比以及等效转动惯量,并分别计算不同分区的启动控制变量。设计电机启动自适应控制算法,得到书画装裱机的启动自适应控制技术。在实验内获取最佳电压参数,并依据该电压参数测试不同负载条件下发动机的制动力矩、内齿圈转速、滚筒速度、制动器能耗,依据实验数据可以得知,不同的负载对内齿圈转速影响不大,但是会对其他三组参数造成影响,且负载越小,制动力矩、滚筒速度以及制动器能耗越小。The energy consumption of the engine starting mechanism of the calligraphy and painting mounting machine will be affected by the load.In order to reduce the energy consumption of the engine,the self-adaptive control technology for the starting of the calligraphy and painting mounting machine is designed based on big data.the starting mechanism point set center is dilimitted based on big data,the weight parameters of the big data cluster center is calculated through the data set,and its downward trend is described between two line segments.The starting control model of the painting and calligraphy mounting machine is constructed,the ideal speed function of the partition segment is calculated,the effective value of sinusoidal alternating current is calculated,the transmission ratio and equivalent moment of inertia of the motor and the main pump shaft are calculated through the current,and the starting control variables of different partitions are calculated respectively.The motor start-up adaptive control algorithm is designed,and the start-up adaptive control technology of calligraphy and painting mounting machine is obtained.the best voltage parameters is obtained in the experiment,and the engine braking torque,inner ring gear speed,drum speed and brake energy consumption is test under different load conditions according to the voltage parameters.According to the experimental data,different loads have little effect on the inner ring gear speed,but will affect the other three groups of parameters,and the smaller the load,the smaller the braking torque,drum speed and brake energy consumption.
