摘　　要：针对当前3D打印动漫舞蹈机器人的舞蹈动作存在微小偏差,并进一步影响到舞蹈动作美观性的问题,设计一种3D打印动漫舞蹈机器人智能控制系统。选择XC7Z010-1CLG400C作为智能控制系统的核心控制器,使用两个直流电机对机器人的上肢与下肢分别进行驱动,将网络通信模块整合为控制器与Arduino板通信模式。在系统软件部分设计机器人的位姿估计及舞蹈动作控制功能,并校正舞蹈动作的误差。至此,3D打印动漫舞蹈机器人智能控制系统设计完成。构建系统测试环节,经测试证实,此系统硬件连接稳定,使用后可对机器人的整体运动范围与舞蹈动作进行控制,减小舞蹈动作的误差,提升舞蹈的整体性与美观性。In view of the small deviation of the current 3 D printing animation dance robot’s dance action,which further affects the beauty of the dance action,an intelligent control system of 3 D printing animation dance robot is designed.Xc7 z010-1 clg400 c is selected as the core controller of the intelligent control system.Two DC motors are used to drive the upper and lower limbs of the robot respectively,and the network communication module is integrated into the communication mode between the controller and Arduino board.In the system software part,the robot’s position and posture estimation and dance movement control functions are designed,and the dance movement error is corrected.So far,the design of 3 D printing animation dance robot intelligent control system has been completed.The system test link is builtand.the test proves that the hardware connection of this system is stable.After use,it can control the overall motion range and dance movement of the robot,reduce the error of dance movement,and improve the integrity and aesthetics of dance.
