摘 要:随着社会生产的发展,各个产业都对称重系统的连续化、自动化,高效化有着越来高的需求。随着电子芯片产业技术的进步,集成电路技术的不断成熟,以STM32为代表的高度集成化高性能高性价比集成芯片的出现为称重系统设计打下了坚实可靠的硬件基础。而多点输入系统的高效率又为称重系统开发带来了更多的可能性。本设计以STM32F103C6为控制核心,且使用24位高精度HX711作为A/D转换芯片,完成了多点采集输入,解决了过去称重系统效率较低的问题,且拥有操作简单、精确度高、稳定性好等特点,称重精度高达0.1 g,初步满足了工业使用的一些基本要求,为设计工业高精度称重系统提供了更多的方向。With the development of social production,various industries have higher and higher demands for the continuity,automation and efficiency of the weighing system.With the advancement of electronic chip industry technology and the continuous maturity of integrated circuit technology,the emergence of highly integrated,high-performance,cost-effective integrated chips represented by STM32 has laid a solid and reliable hardware foundation for weighing system design.The high efficiency of the multi-point input system brings more possibilities to the development of the weighing system.The STM32 F103 C6 is used as the control core,and 24-bit high-precision HX711 is used as the A/D conversion chip to complete multi-point acquisition and input,solve the problem of low efficiency of the weighing system in the past,and has simple operation,high accuracy,good stability and so on.The weighing accuracy is up to 0.1 g.This design initially meets some basic requirements for industrial use,and provides more directions for designing industrial high-precision weighing systems.
