摘　　要：当前流行病学、遗传学及临床相关研究均证实脂蛋白a[Lp(a)]与动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病的发生发展密切相关,Lp(a)作为动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病风险增加的独立危险因素,二者之间存在因果关系。现主要探讨Lp(a)在动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病中的作用及其相关治疗药物的最新进展。Current epidemiological, genetic and clinical studies have confirmed that lipoprotein a[Lp(a)] is closely related to the occurrence and development of atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease(ASCVD).Lp(a) is an independent risk factor for the increase of ASCVD risk, and there is a causal relationship between them.This review mainly discusses the role of Lp(a) in atherosclerotic cardiovascular disease and the latest progress of related therapeutic drugs.
