摘  要:使用乙二醇(EG)和丙二醇(PG)作为醇解剂,氢氧化铯作为高效催化剂,将废旧聚氨酯直埋管道保温泡沫(PU硬泡)粉碎,并加入其中,进行降解,然后量取适当降解得到的低聚物多元醇制备出再生PU硬泡。对降解产物进行黏度测试及羟值测试,然后对制备的再生PU硬泡进行密度、压缩强度、红外光谱、扫描电镜等一系列测试并分析。通过实验结果可以看出:在m(EG)∶m(PG)=1∶1,高效催化剂氢氧化铯加入质量比为0.8%时,废旧PU硬泡达到最好的降解效果,此时再生的PU硬泡的密度低、抗压强度更高、保温性能更好,达到国家标准的要求。Use ethylene glycol(EG) and propylene glycol(PG) as alcoholysis agents, cesium hydroxide as a high-efficiency catalyst, crushed the waste polyurethane direct-buried pipe insulation foam(SPUF),added it to it, degraded it, and then measured it.Properly degraded oligomer polyol to prepare regenerated SPUF.The degradation products were tested for viscosity and hydroxyl value.Then a series of test and analysis were performed on the density, compressive strength, infrared spectroscopy, and scanning electron microscopy of the prepared regenerated SPUF.It can be seen from the results: whenm(EG)∶m(PG)=1∶1,and the mass ratio of high-efficiency catalyst cesium hydroxide was 0.8%,the waste SPUF achieved the best degradation effect.The regenerated SPUF had low density, higher compressive strength and better heat preservation performance, which met the requirements of national standards.
