摘  要:阿尔塔什水利枢纽工程作为新疆叶尔羌河重要山区控制性工程,对保障流域灌区防洪安全具有重要的作用。在对叶尔羌河洪水特点、防洪保护对象及防洪标准、河道安全泄量、防洪总体布局分析的基础上,提出水库防洪功能定位,并对水库汛限水位进行技术经济比选,选择较优汛限水位方案。在此基础上,提出水库防洪调度运行方案,对水库充分发挥防洪功能、指导水库实际防洪调度提供理论参考。As an important control project in the mountainous area of the Yerqiang River in Xinjiang, the Artash Water Conservancy project plays an important role in ensuring flood control safety of irrigation areas in the basin. Based on the analysis of the flood characteristics, flood protection objects and flood control standards, river safety discharge and overall flood control layout of Yerqiang River, this paper puts forward the positioning of reservoir flood control function, carries out technical and economic comparison of reservoir flood limit water level, and selects a better flood limit water level scheme.On this basis, the operation scheme of reservoir flood control operation is proposed, which provides a theoretical reference for giving full play to the flood control function of the reservoir and guiding the actual flood control operation of the reservoir.
